2 cloves of garlic 🧄
1 tablespoon of sambal oelek
Oregano 🌿
Salt 1 teaspoon
pepper 1 teaspoon
Stir everything in TM and 10 seconds on speed 1.
Dip in rutabaga or carrots. Or directly on the meat.
